Hi all,
Well that was more like it!  My observations of note over the past seven days included the following:
- 1 American Pipit (First of spring), flying over the Bradbury Mountain Hawkwatch, 5/3 - my 139th Patch bird!
- Sunday at the hawkwatch. That was a highlight for a very long time.
- 3 Blue-gray Gnatcatchers, Bailey Island, Harpswell, 5/4 (with Jeannette).

And my personal first of years this week were:
- 1 Northern Waterthrush, Florida Lake Park, Freeport (with Matthew Gilbert).
- 1 Black-and-white Warbler, Florida Lake Park, (with Matthew Gilbert).
- 1 Black-throated Green Warbler, Bradbury Mountain Spring Hawkwatch, 5/3.
- 2 Nashville Warblers, Bailey Island, Harpswell, 5/4 (with Jeannette).
- 1 Black-throated Blue Warbler, Bailey Island, 5/4 (with Jeannette).
- 1 Ovenbird, Bailey Island, 5/4 (with Jeannette).
- 2 Gray Catbird (first of spring), Bailey Island, 5/4 (with Jeannette).
- 2 Yellow Warbler, Bailey Island, 5/4 (with Jeannette).
- 2 Common Yellowthroat, Bailey Island, 5/4 (with Jeannette).
- 1 House Wren, Bailey Island, 5/4 (with Jeannette).
- 1 Rose-breasted Grosbeak, Bailey Island, 5/4 (with Jeannette).
- 1 Baltimore Oriole, Bailey Island, 5/4 (with Jeannette).
- 2 Blackburnian Warblers, Bradbury Mountain Hawkwatch, 5/4.
- 1 Cliff Swallow, Bradbury Mountain Hawkwatch, 5/5.
- 1 Least Flycatcher, Florida Lake Park, 5/6.
- 2 Prairie Warblers, Hidden Pond Preserve, Freeport, 5/6.
- 1 White-crowned Sparrow, feeders here at the store, 5/6.
- 1 Eastern Kingbird, Highland Rd, Brunswick, 5/6.

Cool.  But, but, but, that bird was not maintaining "social distance." 😱

I had a friend over Unity way once, who had a Ruffed Grouse coming to  him to be  fed every day.  Really odd.  I've only had them fly at me to chase me away.
