Just a quick note that in the 5.1 branch, the changes to the dovecot.conf file appear to be written to /etc/dovecot.conf rather than /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf.

This leaves the postmaster_address set to in...@obrazec.cz rather than the entered value when the mail server is set up.

Fixed !
I forked the mailserv project, so here it is :

cd /var
git clone https://github.com/mouedinedotnet/mailserv.git

The file patched : /var/mailserv/install/templates/fs/mailserv/reconfig.sh

Is there some reason fixes cannot be posted to the main repository?

That would be a LOT simpler to follow.

Well it's normal to post changes in a fork for testing so that you can issue a pull request when you're happy with it. That said, one thing I ran into is that the mailserv installer switches modes using exact matching on branch names, so when you fork it's important that you match the original branch name exactly otherwise the installer will not work without modification, making testing more difficult.
