1) see add on batch send because you may have some limitation (php max execution time)
2) what is the point ?
3) check your pop3 settings. should point to the mailbox collecting all the bounces.
allow all logs as E_ALL level in Settings > MailPress> Logs.
activate the log add on to see if every thing is working ok.
