It's not too late to get involved. Deadlines are approaching!
Join the Alumni Board. You have until September 2nd to submit your application.
Successful candidates will serve a 4 year term as alumni
leaders governing the Alumni Association. The Alumni Board focuses on alumni
programming, engagement, and developing opportunities for alumni to support and
grow the Mailman community.
We are looking for board members who remain connected with
the Mailman community, have a breadth of experience in the public health field,
and give back in a variety of ways - in addition to philanthropic support;
usually many board members will attend networking events, student events and
meetings that are related to supporting the Mailman School.
Board members have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of alumni
leaders, share ideas on how to enhance alumni relations, and build a strong
network of Mailman supporters. We invite you to download the application form and
submit a personal statement and resume or CV.
Please contact the Alumni Relations Office at msph...@columbia.edu for any
additional questions.
Be a mentor to the new students. August 31st is the last day to submit your application for
our new virtual "Mailman School Alumni Coach" program.
Our new virtual program will
allow you to easily select your availability on an online calendar. When a
student selects a session with you, you will receive a confirmation email with
contact information to arrange a mutually agreed upon meeting format: email,
phone, or in person. (This program requires a commitment of just 1 hour
per month (2 thirty minute appointments), and is a great way to connect alumni
with current public health students)

Coach" program here.
If you are interested in joining our elite team of mentors and becoming a Mailman
School Alumni Coach, please submit your application.
If you have any questions, please contact Kim Peters at kp2...@columbia.edu.
We look forward to hearing from you!
Sincerely,
The Alumni Relations Office
