Restoring IMP folders

Hi,

i have some mailbox to analyse for forensic use.
Those mailbox are extracted from a webmail horde; now i have to read
and analyse them.
I used Foxmail for Windows to read them but i can't recreate folders
and subfolders automatically: do you know if there is a mail client
similar to IMP for Windows that can import the full mailbox and
recreate it?
If no, if i install IMP can make it?
