Download Sap Crystal Reports Runtime Engine For .net Framework

Using Visual Studio 2008 .net framework 3.5. I have CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.dll and CrystalDecisions.Shared.dll in my bin directory version 11.5.9709.1076. Crystal report .rpt is in my project. When I try to run the application on the 2008 server I am getting error:
I tried to install the Crystal Reports runtime engine SP26 (latest version on AP website). This does NOT work with GUI2020.1.11.0. After installing CR runtime SP25 it worked fine together. As I couldn't find the proper runtime SP on the SAP website I downloaded it from here:

"You are free to deploy thick-client Windows applications that embed the runtime engine. These applications can be freely deployed both within your own organization and redistributed outside your organization to third parties at no additional charge."
We are using the SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET 32 bit (version 13.0.8.1216). We understand that the way printing was done in IE was via the activeX print control. We know that Edge will no longer support activeX controls. When we try and print in Edge, it goes straight to pdf. Do subsequent versions of the SAP Crystal Reports runtime offer any other print options - or will users continue to be directed to pdf?
Which runtime version should i use to install the crystal report , so i can run my reports on client machine. Shall i use 32bit or 64bit. I downloaded "CRRuntime_64bit_13_0_16" , but still its now working. Plz help , this is very urgent ,as my client with to take report tomorrow morning. it will be great help in regarding this.
The error can also occur if you have multiple versions of crystal runtime files. This can occur if you have another application that is using a different crystal runtime engines. If you have another application that uses a different runtime engine, you will need to uninstall the application and install it on a separate machine. To identify if you have multiple versions of crystal runtime files:
The most common causes of this error are the workstation or server not having .NET 3.5 enabled, the installation was not done with an administrator account, UAC turned off, or multiple versions of the Crystal Reports runtime engine.
Not being able to manually register a4wcrinterop.dll and/or missing Crystal runtime engine components could be an indication of an incomplete installation. It is then recommended to uninstall and reinstall System Manager as a local administrator.
This error has also been observed when there are multiple versions of the Crystal runtime files. This may be a result of a different software application using a different Crystal runtime engine. The application using the different Crystal runtime engine would need to be uninstalled and installed on a different machine.
