forward specific http/https requests to another squid

Hello, everyone!
I have deployed squid service on two servers in China and US.
For well known reason, you can't visit Google in China if you don't breach GFW. When I want to visit some sites like Google, I go to the squid in US, but it's too slow to visit sites based in China, so I go to the squid in China for them.
Thus I want to use the squid in China as my first choice, it handles all my http/https requests, and it can automatically forward requests that are blocked by GFW to the squid in US.
Both squids require username and password.
Both http/https requests need to be forwarded.
Both servers are installed Ubuntu.
