[squid-users] Squid - Clamav Antivirus - Solution

Hi there,

I' m new on this Mailing List.
I' ve search in the threads something about clamav antivirus
integration, but seems there is few informations on this.

Here it is:

Squid ver. 2.5 Stable on a Redhat 9 Box with SquidGuard as redirector.

I've tryed the "viralator" solution (thanks to Alceu for his help) but =20
it doesn 't works very well at end.
I've seen that www.openantivirus.org had a squid-vscan module with the
scannerdaemon of OAV .

As anyone installed a good solution with squid scanning with clamav ?

Hello Xavier,

I think you should check out http://www.opswat.com/ there are 2 or 3 products that may be a match, I think that OESIS Framework at http://www.opswat.com/products/oesis-framework provides a single interface to many antivirus packages. Another option is I think Metascan at http://www.opswat.com/products/metascan which is more for ISV, I also found that many antivirus engines certified by OPSWAT at http://www.opswat.com/certified
