The sith empire in the kotor series are depicted as blatantly human-supremacist and they use the term "alien" derisively to refer to anyone who isn't human. Even the sith "pureblood" in swtor are just red humans rather than real sith. They just come from a particularly narrow gene pool of old sith, so they still have some of the marks. There is an obvious hypocrisy here but it's not really about a principled anti-alien stance. It's just that anyone who isn't descended from an old sith family is scum until proven otherwise, especially a filthy "alien," which the empire considers any species that wasn't on korriban when the empire was founded.
