I have installed net-snmp 5.4.21.in linux PC. I am bale to get all the
executables except snmptrapd. The snmptrapd command is not found. Also
while using the snmptrapd_add_seesion function, build errors are coming.
Please help!..

If there were errors during the build of snmptrapd, then it's not
really surprising if the snmptrapd binary is missing.

If you had bothered to give some indication of what these "build errors" were,
then perhaps we might have been able to. But in the absence of any solid
information, there's nothing we can do. We can not read your mind!

Now I'm confused - are you talking about snmptrapd, or some other application?
If it's a different application, then please give us some more details about
exactly what application this is, how you have compiled it, etc
Vague descriptions like the one above ("linked with all libraries") aren't
very helpful. Please give exact (and complete) information.
