Hi,

I want to get the essid of the breezecom have in firmware version(
Version: 5.1.36)

When I do snmpget with NET-SNMP version: 5.0.8, I get ***** instead of
the essid.

But I do get essid of the older firmware e.g. for Version: 5.0.211.

How should I go for it? Do I need to update any mibs?

Rikunj.

This isn't a NET-SNMP issue - it looks very much like the behaviour of the AP
changed with the newer firmware. To confirm, can you send the relevant part
of an 'snmpwalk' in an email to the list?

Your best bet is to take this up with Breezecom... and not to post the same
question three times - we heard you the first time :)

Best wishes,

Peter.
