Disposition of a patch I submitted

Hi coders,

I submitted a patch a couple years ago which makes an "extend"
directive's cache time and exec type configurable in snmpd.conf. Here's

Niels promoted it to official-patches soon after I submitted it, but
it's been languishing there in the open state ever since. What can I do
to get this patch into the world of downstreams?
