Size of the Recv-Q of snmpd socket gets increased

Hello,
Since yesterday, my server does not respond to the snmp request
[root@Node01~]# netstat -an |grep 161
udp 43968 0 0.0.0.0:161 0.0.0.0:*
[root@Node01~]# snmpwalk -v 1 localhost -c MyCommunity .1.
Timeout: No Response from localhost
[root@Node01~]#
Can anyone help me?
