Windows Net-SNMP Binaries Really Out of Date (2009/2011)

A small request: Would someone who knows how to release some updated binaries for windows both 32 and 64 bit versions?

win32/dist/README.build.win32.txt. However, some of the build
infrastructure needs (small) changes before it will work again. If
someone could help with porting the NSIS installer script to 64 bit
(win32/dist/installer/net-snmp.nsi) then I can fix up the rest of the
build infrastructure.

Building an installer works again. But it seems like the build process
and the .nsi needs more work. As an example, the mibs are missing after
installation.
