Strange problem sending messages

Hi,

I have a problem sending messages with Mutt. I have recently
implemented backup scripts on 2 servers - one is RH Enterprise 4 and
the other is Fedora Core 4. The scripts dump MySQL databases and copy
important files to a backup directory then compress them with Gzip and
mail them out using Mutt.

The RHE server works perfectly but on FC4 the zipped config files send
fine, but the zipped Databases do not, any thoughts or is related to
Postfix?
