[MRTG] One minute polling...

I know that this has been asked before, but I do not remember seeing an
answer. We have a need to monitor our lines at 1 minute intervals.
What needs to be done to make this happen?

Another question: How does MRTG handle a counter when it wraps?
This also relates to the one minute polling as a 32bit counter ain't
that big anymore.
