Job Description:
Required Technical experience -
Core Java, J2ee, Spring (Core, MVC, Transaction Mgmt etc), Tiles, Hibernate,
Oracle (Procedure, function, cursors, data base design concepts), Agile Methodology Experience (Scrum, Kanban),Tomcat, Git, Ajax, Webservice (Restful, Axis)

ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES
Must possess good written and communication skills.
Should be within 50 -100 miles of Bethesda, Maryland
Must be willing to attend face to face interview with their own expense.

DB and Application Design experience is necessary for the interview.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate for the Interface SE Resources (BizTalk Developer) will need the skills and experience listed below.

Required Skills and Experience
- Work well with a team of BizTalk developers
- Would be able to complete all tasks related to technical analysis, development and unit testing, in accordance with the IT development life cycle
- Can analyze requirements and design documentation and make necessary code changes
- Can prepare all necessary documentation for any and all BizTalk interface changes
- Can conform to documentation, coding and quality standards as defined by client
- Able to communicate with internal and external customers, supervisors and management using clear, user-friendly terminology

Required Developer Skills and Experience
- 3+ years experience with BizTalk administration
- 3+ years experience strong hands-on development experience in BizTalk 2010/2013/2016.
- 3+ years experience C# .NET
- 3+ years experience using with Team Foundation System (TFS)
- Strong exposure to .Net Framework 4.0x or higher
- Exposure to unit testing BizTalk solutions
- Exposure to packaging and deploying BizTalk solutions
- Experience with WCF adapters
- Experience with SFTP adapter
- Experience with SOAP web services
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server / T-SQL including stored procedure creation
- Experience with Internet Information Server (IIS) – Hosting / configuring web services & application
- Experience configuring and installing BizTalk Server and SQL Server

Job Description:

Gather functional and technical system requirements.
Design and implement BPM based solutions using Appian software.
Provide demonstrations to clients throughout the entire project life cycle.
Design and implement complex enterprise integrations with industry
standard technologies
Collaborate with internal team, partner resources, and client
resources on project related tasks, ensuring delivery dates are met.
Drive BPM adoption within client organizations by empowering client
resources to become self-sufficient with building process applications
on their own.
Assist clients in identifying other business process opportunities in
which the BPM software could provide a solution.
Contribute to the BPM and Case Management software practice at
CollabraLink by sharing methods and best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

B.S. Computer Science or IT related field
2+ years of recent programming experience in one or more of the
following: Java (J2EE, JNDI, JDBC, JMS, Web Services), HTML, XML, XSL,
JavaScript, Portal.
Web Application and Relational Database (SQL Server, Oracle)
Experience (functional understanding of database structure).
Very strong verbal and written communication skills, customer
interaction, requirements analysis, presentations, and system design
required.
Ability to pass a background investigation and clear a Public Trust at
minimum per contract requirements
Familiarity with Business Process Management Platforms/Frameworks:
Appian, MicroPact, Pegasystems, Oracle, etc.
Ability to answer technical questions from customers, writing
corresponding technical documentation.
