This is a development snapshot of courier, courier-imap, sqwebmail, and
maildrop packages.

This release adds support for internationalized domain names. Or, it should,
rather. I'm interested in hearing from anyone who owns or uses IDN-formatted
domain names.

As such, this release adds a new build requirement: the GNU libidn library.
It's widely available on most platforms, and should not be much of a burden.

The majority of the impact is in sqwebmail, which should now be able to
transparently display and accept hostnames that contain non-Latin
characters. One potential caveat is that the private addressbook file is
internally stored in UTF-8. Any existing addressbooks will probably have to
be transcoded by hand, if necessary. This may or may not painful.

Somewhat less visible changes include moving some autoreply functionality
from reformail into mailbot. If you're creating autoreplies using the
reformail options, you'll have to switch to mailbot, which now includes all
of reformail's functionality, and has better MIME, and now IDN, support.

Implementing IDN required changing a lot of the internal library code, so
the impact is actually much more widespread than this, these are just the
externally-visible changes. All major functions in Courier were affected,
hopefully nothing is broken now.
