Hi
I have sent a message from m...@mydomain.com to
us...@anotherdomain.com, but it bounced back with the
following error:

host mail.anotherdomain.com[xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] said: 450
Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname,
[yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy] (in reply to RCPT TO command)

I am not sure what this exactly means. yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy
is the IP of my firewall firewall.mydomain.com, and it
also points to my mail server mailserver.mydomain.com.
mydomain.com has a different IP. Is this there a
problem here? I have not had a similar error before.

I would appreciate your help. Thanks.

Am I right in thinking this problem can be solved by
setting a PRT record for yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy?

Thanks.

Yes :)

To do the actual install you have to be root, but none of the normal
build should require that. Don't take the name of root in vain.
