Hey Everyone,
I'm extremely new to Postfix and I need your help. I just recently
activated Postfix on my Ibook because my ISP (Comcast.net) & my
webhosting service doesn't have fast, reliable SMTP servers. I send
out newsletters as part of my business. These newsletters are
subscription only and are not spam. They can range from 700 emails to
7000 emails. I just recently sent out my first email newsletter using
Postfix (ne...@rockpaperscissor.com is the email I used). I also use
MaxBulk Mailer as my Bulk Email Software (I like it's interface and
the tracking). Most of my emails went out but I'm getting several
bounce backs. Any of my customers who have comcast.net accounts
bounced back to me with this response:

#####################################
<lo...@comcast.net>: host gateway-s.comcast.net[204.127.202.26] said:
550-68.52.67.112 blocked by blacklist.mail.ops.asp.att.net. 550
Comcast.net
subscribers are no longer permitted to directly connect to this
mail
server. To send email to other Comcast.net subscribers, you may
forward
messages through smtp.comcast.net (in reply to MAIL FROM command)
Reporting-MTA: dns; news.rockpaperscissor.com
#####################################

Does this mean I've already been blacklisted for Spam...if so...what
do I need to do/configure with Postfix? I'm also getting some bounced
messages about open relaying. Here's a sample:

#####################################
<csincl...@earthlink.net>: host mx9.earthlink.net[207.217.125.24]
said: 550
Dynamic IPs/open relays blocked. Contact
<open...@abuse.earthlink.net>.
(in reply to MAIL FROM command)
Reporting-MTA: dns; news.rockpaperscissor.com
#####################################

What do I need to do to bypass my ISP server (Comcast.net) and still
have a legitimate mail server that won't get rejected for Spam?
Everything is totally legitimate on my end and I just want to be able
to send out newsletters to my customers.

Any help is greatly appreciated...and please...be gentle...I'm still
new at this.

Thanks,
Tim
