Postfix reject mail : 554 Security violation

Hi everyone.
Our company using postfix + mailscanner for relay mail and antispam purpose. Last week, some user claim , they can't receiver mail from custommer. Bellow is mail undelivery return to sender:
Remote Server returned mail.x.x. 5.0.0 smtp 554 security violation Email Session ID 550F8A64-10005-29D00F0A-C0000001
I checked log on postfix server, but i don't see any log similar "554 Security violation"... That error occurred with some mail not all mail from one custommer. Checked server mail of custommer on mxtoolbox, they have some warning as: "Do not support TLS", "Reverse DNS does not match DNS SMTP Banner"...
Plese help us explain root case problem, and reslove.
