Hello,

I'd like to ask about the status of the three ([1-3]) patches enabling
hardware acceleration of SHA functions in VIA C7 family of processors.

Is there anything that prevents those patches from being merged into upstream?

Regards,
JM

I'be been using these in production for a good while. Though, I have
updated version of [3]. There was some issues with VIA Nano in 64-bit
mode that I fixed afterwards. The previously posted versions work just
fine on 32-bit builds, though.

The latest versions of my patches are at

- for 1.0.0 / HEAD:
http://git.alpinelinux.org/cgit/aports/tree/main/openssl

- for 0.9.8:
http://git.alpinelinux.org/cgit/aports/tree/main/openssl?h=1.10-stable

Cheers,
Timo
