installer: ASK if you want boot-loader

Installer should ask if you want boot-loader, not just clobber one one may
already have installed! This is what some good older UNIX-like OS
distributions (Slackware GNU/Linux) do. Clearly people using FreeBSD
UNIX--often computer programmers--are likely to have two or several OS so
it's more professional for the installer to ASK if you even want a boot-
loader, and where (maybe not in the entire drive's boot sector but maybe
on a FreeBSD partition).
