This patch will update the vchiq driver as of commit
4eda74f2dfcc8875482575c79471bde6766de3ad (see
https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/commit/4eda74f2dfcc8875482575c79471bde6766de3ad).

It still maintains the FreeBSD patches to the driver.
