[msql-list] mSQL 3.9 is available

Release 3.9 of the mSQL database system is now available from the Hughes Technologies web site at www.hughes.com.au. This is the first release in several years and includes, among other things, stability and feature releases written for our OEM licensees. We thought it appropriate to make a more current version of the codebase available to the public.

mSQL 3.9 includes support for current 64-bit operating systems including several distributions of Linux and Mac OSX Snow Leopard. This release should build and install on most current versions of Unix and Unix-like operating systems.

Any users of previous version of mSQL 3.x are encouraged to upgrade to 3.9. As per our traditional license, upgrades are free of charge to licensees of previous versions of mSQL 3 and to academic & research users.
