how to restore a table from binary files

Our postgres database gor corrupted. When we
connect to the database, it shows no tables, no
views, ... We still have flat binary unix files
for each table that was in the database.

So, let's say, I have Unix binary files:

customer
customer_pkey
customer_pkey_id

for, what used to be, my table "customer".

Is there any tool out there that can help restore
data from these files?
