ERROR 2005: Unknown MySQL Server Host 'www'
All of a sudden, all of my machines that connect to www are giving that
error. Nothing has changed.
It works fine if I use the IP of the machine, but not the hostname. The
nameserver is fine. I can telnet, ping, ssh, etc... to www just fine.
Thanks,
-Bryan Opfer

Hi!
Please use a full host name instead of the alias.
There can be something wrong with your DNS too.
See if nslookup can resolve it.

Sinisa
