WAR-SOFTWARE: War FTP Daemon - Too many connections Error

I'm using the following War FTP Daemon:

War FTP Daemon 1.70
Copyright 1996 - 1998 by Jarle (jgaa) Aase
War-FTPd.exe version: 1, 71, 2, 0

I often have a problem to log-in the FTP server and the error message is:

>Connected to XXXXXXX.
>220-Jgaa's Fan Club FTP service
> WarFTPd 1.71.02 (Feb 14 2000) Ready
> (C)opyright 1996 - 2000 by Jarle (jgaa) Aase - all rights
reserved.
>220 Please enter your user name.
>Name (www.ozcarsearch.com:nacquarola): XXXX
>331 User name okay, Need password.
>Password:
>421 Too many connections on this account. Goodbye
>Login failed.
>No control connection for command: No such file or directory

I believe that I disconnect properly.
I take the same way to disconnect all the time and sometimes
I can connect again and sometimes I have the above error.

Would you please give me information how to resolve this matter?

In addition, I am sure that I am the only person who uses the ftp user
account of course.

ごんばんは

I just passing by my emails and found that you have problems over FTP
Server.
I assume you haven`t solved it yet and here is the solution I think that is
useful to you.
1. I think your root folder and user folder haven`t setup properly, for
example,
the path you have setuped that may not exist physically.
or
2. You are using admin account to login and you have not allowed admin login
by remote(FTP)
or
3. if you are able to create some temp accounts. Let me test with you later.
