[Enlightenment-announce] imlib2-1.7.5

Contains a fair amount of changes, most notably:
- Build .xz instead of .bz2 release tarball
- Drop imlib2-config (use pkg-config)
- Drop support for libungif
- Imlib.h: Add version macros
- Add some facilities for debugging (normally disabled)
- Fix y-upscaling in imlib_create_scaled_image_from_drawable()
- Speedup in imlib_create_scaled_image_from_drawable()
- imlib2_view: Enable grabbing/viewing drawables
- Avoid always loading all loaders
- Many loaders: Use mmap() for file access during load (giving decent
speedups)
- JPEG loader: Parse EXIF data and handle orientation
- WEBP loader: Enable loading animated images (first frame)
- XBM loader: Fix potential buffer overrun
- XBM loader: Ignore comments and other stuff in header
