A number of bug fixes and minor features/enhancements:
- Add option to allow only the primary mouse button to raise windows
- Fix a couple of composite rendering bugs
- Use poll() for event handling by default
- Allow users to override fonts via ~/.e16/fonts/
- Fix handling of imageclasses with flipped/rotated images
- Fix pager zoom window sometimes flickering at 0,0
- Fix pager live update mode in certain situations
- Fix pager update on desk switch in certain situations
- Fix pointer focus on new windows if pointer is in window
