Best Backup Software for Android - MailDroid Settings

What APP will backup and then restore all my MailDroid rules and settings? My Samsung S-4 and Note 10.1 tablet are not rooted.
I have recommended MailDroid to many friends, I very much appreciate the built-in ability to direct the application's use and function to what I need to SAVE TIME!

Maildroid itself can export the settings. Go to global settings, scroll down to the export/import items.
