If you see this error, please be aware that Microsoft changed something on the backend with their servers on Office 365. In order to solve it:

• Please make sure you select Office 365, then click manual and choose 'specify the server name' and set it as m.outlook.com  on the manual screen
• If you already had the account set up, please go to the navigation drawer, click manage accounts, click the context menu next to the affected account and click edit settings. On this screen, change to specify server and type in m.outlook.com
