Is there a way to resize graphics in signature?

Ok on tablet, too big on phone, can't resize graphics in my signature file...or alternatively - can I copy signatures and import to other devices?  Also on my phone the images have grey box in upper right corner with what looks like measurements, but its so small i can't really tell.  These boxes do not appear on my tablet.
