Resending email from local sent items

I recently sent an e-mail but it was rejected by the recipient server.

I can't find an option to resend it from my local sent items folder. Can this be done?

Try this.    

Open the email  in your sent folder. 

Press the 'Reply/Forward'  button

Forward the email to your intended party
