I am also trying to change my server settings as I have a new ISP. HELP!!!!!!

If you go to the screen where you see all of your accounts, not the email messages, you can long press on that account and a popup window will show similar to what I just attached.

Go to "edit settings" and you can setup your new information.

Press and hold the account name on the app's home screen and select Edit Settings from the popup.
