Hi all.

I've been using the MailChimp API for a couple months now and things
seem to be going pretty smooth. Right now, I'm working with HTML
templates exported from a MailChimp account and then passed back
through to be sent. On export, the image that was set in the header
when creating the template is missing. There is only a src-less img
tag with an mc:edit="header_image" attribute. All of the other
editable areas (e.g., mc:edit="sidecolumn", mc:edit="main") have
content within them, but not the header_image section.

Is there anything special that somebody has to do (either the
developer or the user) to get that header image included properly when
exporting that template?

Thanks.

Got it.

Just to clarify, I guess I wasn't sure if it was ultimately an
export problem or a problem with trying to use that exported template
with the API (campaignCreate, campaignContent, campaignSendNow,
etc.). This question seems to straddle the fence and I thought this
was a good starting point. But I'll take the party over to the
support staff first. Thanks...
