How to find an API developer

I would like to have an API integration done asap with a php based
cart (www.Interspire.com) but everyone on the expert page has either
declined because they only work with a specific cart or they are to
busy.

I imagine that the availability of atleast three other php based carts
means that it can happen pretty easily.

I would also not mind having this be my first api learning experience
but have not found a good tutorial.

Any and all info is appreciated.

Hey Jonathan,

It should be pretty easy to implement MailChimp into your cart as long
as your source code isn't encrypted.

You didn't call /everyone/ on the expert page. The company I work for
is in the top 10 on that list and I double checked with the owner and
we didn't receive your call.

Where would you need the MailChimp integration? Only during
registration or would you also need a customer area where they can
subscribe/unsubscribe or check their current status.

Most of the integrations I do have 3 signup areas: homepage,
registration and my account.

Depending on your timeframe and how many integration points, I might
be able to help you out. Let me know.
