MailChimp Webhooks are not working for user un subscription for campaigns

I have used the local tunnel for testing and developing the mailchimp webhooks..

I have created a number of campaigns and the webhook seem not to work for it...

Can you please clarify where I am getting it wrong??

Not from that description unless you simply don't have them on or we can't reach your server. The events and event sources are documented here:

The webhook setting show that they are perfectly reaching my server....

Then check the other things I mentioned. If they are enabled we are sending them - this is not an issue on our end.
