Problems with API Implementation on Magento Using the Ebizmart Plug-in

Hi there.

I recently acquired a new client and recommended they select the
MailChimp platform for their email program due to my past experience
with you all. Their site is Magento and our key reason for selecting
MailChimp was the ability to set up an API to be able to access the
information from our customer database and use it for more targeted
and segmented emails.

We learned that MailChimp no longer supports this type of API, rather
they recommended the plug-in from Ebizmart. Our technical staff has
completed the integration per the documentation, however it isn't
working correctly and we need some help.

Here's the run down:
1) We installed The Ebizmarts MailChimp module
2) When I am in Magento I can see that it is connected to
mailchimp via this module because I can see and select my mailchimp
lists on a pulldown menu
3) I did the bulk synchronization in ebizmart in Magento and 21
records have since shown up in mailchimp (there were over 1000 in the
Magento system for the time period I selected).
4) Additionally, no purchase data was sent for the 21 records,
and I can’t figure out how to get purchase data pulled from Magento
into Mailchimp
5) When I re-read the directions it seems the system might only
pull purchase data in for customers who converted initially from an
email sent from the mailchimp system. Howwever, we requested a
solution that would connect magento to mailchimp and allow us to pull
over contact and purchase data from all past and future purchases made
in magento.

When an application integrates with MailChimp, they agree to support
the integration.
Since no one here has access to their code (MailChimp or the community
of devs), the best support for why Ebizmart's software isn't adding
subscribers to MailChimp will certainly come from Ebizmart.
