Integration of Mailchimp and XPLAN (Iress)

Hi, We have recently opened an account with mailchimp and use XPLAN as our CRM. I have set up the mailchimp API key on XPLAN and ran a test connection which seemed to work fine.
 
We ran a campaign on Friday directly from XPLAN (a newsletter) and have since tried to get reporting from mailchimp. The only statistics we are able to view however is the unsubscribed clients. We are not able to see opened/unopened or any other information. On contacting mailchimp support they are saying that when they look at our account the campaign has not been sent.
 
Please could you look into and advise as a matter of urgency.

Sorry, this isn't an API question.  If MailChimp support says the campaign has not been sent, then look into your account and see what the status of the campaign is and start tracing from there.  If it has been sent and there are stats, you're best off contacting XPLAN's support about pulling information from MailChimp.
