Subscriptions through MailChimnp API not working (Drupal and 3dCart)

Hi,
We get our MailChimp subscribers through 3 main methods:

> Our website www.happyherbcompany.com
(Drupal website with MailChimp module & API)

> Our eCommerce site: www.thehappyherbshop.com
(3dCart site with MialChimp integration and API)

> Physical signups in the shop which we manually import.

I think there's a problem with the first two methods. I created a subscription to each several days ago and still have not received any confirmation emails. The 3dCart system did send me a 'You have joined the mailing list' email, but I haven't got the MailChimp confirmation or final welcome emails.

Also received this from 3dCart support:
"I tried signing up on your website with our [email address] to see if I would get a confirmation email, and still nothing has come through (10+ minutes later). So, this seems to be happening on all ends."

Both of our websites' mailchimp signups used to work fine... Help!

You'll need to talk with whoever wrote the plugin/integration code you are using about how to troubleshoot issues with their code.
