I'm a newb to using mailchimp templates.  I want to create a template that pulls content into mailchimp from an outside website where I have "deals" running.  These deals change on a daily basis.  I have no control over the outside site and how they provide data feeds.  I have available two options for getting feeds:  1.. JSON or 2. XML.  JSON is their preferred format and default.  Question, are there any examples of how to iterate over the content retrieved from a JSON call?  I have seen the rss to email functionality in mailchimp, but I don't have an RSS feed.  I want similar functionality, but using JSON.  Anu code andj/or email template examples would be much appreciated.  I have been looking through the API documentation, but alas, i feel mentally handicapped by the experience up to now.

Here's what the call would look like (the api key has been replaced with a bogus one).

Unfortunately you're making up non-existent functionality that has nothing to do with the API. If you can make some content setup work manually in the web app, you'll be able to automate it using the API.
