mailchimp code sample for c#

I am very new for API & mailchimp.
I want to send email using mailchimp, for this can you give code for
c# visual studio 2005.
As per My knowledge 3 steps I have to do
1. Add contact in list
2. Send email using that contact. I want to send attachment with mail.
3. Delete contacts. because I don't want to send email to same email
id.
If you can help me to call API for these 3 points I can move forward
for my other code.

It sounds like you want to send transactional emails which is against our terms of service.

You should use either STS or signup for Mandrill if that's what you need to do.
