IP addresses of MailChimp and MailChimp SES API servers

Are the IP addresses of the MailChimp API servers still subject to
change? I found a thread indicating that they are, but it's from
several months ago:

We were hoping to get a fixed IP address or range, to allow us to
configure our outbound firewall rules. We're trying to avoid having to
open up our firewall to allow outbound traffic from our web servers to
just any host.

Yes, they have recently, and that will continue to be the case. If you
all choose to do outbound whitelisting, that's something you'll have
to live with.

Also, while you removed the post with your API Key, it was still
emailed out to plenty of folks, so I disabled it since it gave anyone
watching access to your account. You'll want to generate a new one
rather than re-enable it.
