API failure

Hi,

I am using a simple integration from a software supplier (IDev affiliate software) and the API was working fine for about 1 week
although now all the API calls are failing.

I contacted the software supplier although in order to debug the problem we will need to know the reason for API failing.

In the mailchimp account it is only telling me the API calls failed - could anyone give me a more specific reason for the fail
for example.. "a connection is made but no data is being received" or "no connection at all is being made", etc.

My Mailchimp account user id is jtbaxt

Those reasons are returned by the API. Whoever wrote the software you're using will need to assist you in finding what they do with that information.
