Not enough credit to send, wanna pay but urgent!

Hi,

Our list members increased fast last wk end, and our account did not
have enough credit to send newsletter.

We wanna pay, but it seems that no response from email yet.

And it's a long vacation in US. any urgent call support from
mailchimp?
