I've been adding grouping, groups and users via the API. Everything worked fine, until I added a user to the grouping Group Demo Jill says "what?". After that my subscribers disappeared from the list. The number of subscribers next to the group was still the same, but when clicking on it I received the message that I don't have any subscribers to that list. If I select the group to view the subscribers it says: "Goose egg. There's no information avaibable.". After that, if I want to view all the subscribers from the list, I get the same message and I can't delete the segment (group) filter (it doesn't show).

I've added the grouping/group name with a stripslashes() because otherwise there are slashes.. I think that is the issue, but I can't be too sure.

I had contact with the support team from the website, they were able to get my subscribers back, but then restored everything as if they didn't change a thing, so now I have the same issue.

Hope you can help me out!

Howdy.  Sorry to hear you are running into troubles.  Can you share the code you are using to add the members to that specific group?

Hi! Thanks for you quick response.

In attachment you'll find the parts of the code I used to add or delete groups from a user.

But like I said, I didn't have any problems with it until I added a group with quotes. If you'd like to have the code where I create the groups, I'll be happy to provide.
