Hi,

I want to send someone who's address has been cleaned an email to re-
confirm their address and get back on the list. (I would trigger this
only when a cleaned person tries to subscribe again).

What is the best way to do this?

Is there a way to make the member status be "cleaned" for a current
member, so that I can test the functionality?

Thanks,
Morgan

Generally speaking, I'd discourage sending anything to cleaned members
since the fact that they are cleaned means their emails are either
bouncing or they've marked your campaigns as spam.

If you do have a valid use-case for doing this, then just run
listSubscribe with the double_option parameter set to true.

There is not currently a method for setting someone to be in a
"cleaned" status for testing. As far as resubscribing them, though,
it's really no different than simply unsubscribing from a list and
following an the optin process again.
