remove update subscription preferences

Hi ,

Can any one help me? how to remove the below content before I send a
campaign

Examples:
----------------
1) Sent to r...@dbes.com — why did I get this? unsubscribe from this
list | update subscription preferences
- The line above is coming on the top of html template and I do
not know how to remove this

2) unsubscribe from this list | update subscription preferences
- I want to remove update subscription preferences also
