Cannot have more than 60 Interest Groups per list

Hi

I have list of subscribers in mailchimp

each may be interested in several topics - Health, Travel, Food, ....
up to 500 topics

I want to be able to do segmentation when sending emails (f.e. send
only to people who interested in "Health")

BUT I cannot create more then 60 interests in with API

what do you suggest ?
